I haven’t really updated in a while….ever, really.
Well, I’m 20 now (as of 4/14), not too exciting but I’m excited about it.
I’m still serving at Olive Garden. I think you all should visit me because it’s been so slow and I’m bored. Plus, I’d love to see you all.
I’m out of school for the summer, yay! Last semester I could only get into 3 classes: Astronomy, Math and Spanish. I hate Astronomy, Math was boring and Spanish was just dumb. So, last semester at school was definitely not my favorite. I stopped trying, amazingly I got pretty good grades. Thank goodness it’s over though.
I’m actually excited about next semester. I’m taking Math, Nutrition (maybe), Political Science (Grosssssss), and BioPysch. Also, I changed my major! I went from Liberal Studies (wanting to be an Elementary School teacher) to English (wanting to be a middle school teacher), to Undecided (wanting to teach some sort of High school subject), to Communications! I’m actually pretty freakin excited about it. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher, but then I realized, I don’t really want to. Anyways, I can’t wait.
Technically I’ve been on summer vacation for almost 2 weeks but it’s just now starting to feel like summer, sort of. I haven’t done any “summer-like” things yet, like go to the river or the lake or anything but it’s not even June yet. So we’re all good.
Now that I’ve been out of school, I’ve been working mostly. 6 days a week. Mehhh, I’m saving up for my own car. I’ll eventually get one. My goal is before next semester. But summer is kind of expensive, haha.
Also, I’ve been going to the gym a lot. I’ve mostly been doing Zumba. It’s so much fun. I’m not the best, but I don’t even care! I’ve also been doing some of the other classes and of course jogging on the treadmill and stuff. I like it.
And then of course there’s church. Still going to Lakeside. I was helping out with the Junior Highers but Jordan and I had our last girl’s group last friday. So, I’m done! Then of course I’m one of the High School leaders at Cordova Neighborhood. I love the high schoolers there so much! I’m going to be so sad (but of course happy) for the Seniors to graduate. But at least we have camp coming up!
Oh, I’m almost done with my 365 photo project (which is where the picture above is from). Thank goodness! Carrying a camera everyday for a year seems like it would be easy but it’s not.
Well, that’s all I can think of for now.
I don’t expect anyone to read this.
But if you do, you should check out my 365 day blog.
And I only have 32 days left. If you want to be one of those pictures of the day. Please let me know!! I like taking pictures of people the best!

Had a great time seeing Victoria!
What cat could ever stay still for the amount of time it took to take these?

Cinco de Mayo
I love when crappy days turn into awesome days. Couldn’t fall asleep last night and woke up this morning in pain. Debating whether I wanted to call in at work but I decided against it. But it wouldn’t have mattered. I don’t even know why Olive Garden is open during the summer days because we’re so slow! I only had a total of 3 tables today during my lunch shift. I was phased before the computer could even let me clock out. So, while I didn’t have any tables, I went around doing a bunch of side work…but that only lasted 2 minutes because there was nothing to stock or clean or anything. So finally, the computer let me clock out and then I went home and took a nap. I like naps, but I can’t take them if I actually want to sleep that night. Then, I woke up and went to church and then went back home. I was feeling super lame because it was 9:00pm on a Saturday night and I had nothing to do. I could have gone to a Cinco de Mayo party that one of my co-workers was having at his place, but I just didn’t feel like going. Parties aren’t really my thing. Then, I get a text from the cute, tall, muscly guy from my Astronomy class :) He picked me up and we got Pinkberry and walked around the Palladio for a little bit and drove around talked about everything. It was really nice. He seems like an awesome guy. I’m thinking Astronomy on Tuesday will be a lot more bearable. Haha.
I think they say super salad sober.
AHAHHAHHHAHHAA
